      Retail | Support Hours, Phone Number, and Email

      Support hours.

      Support Hours:

      6:30 AM - 8:30 PM PST on weekdays 

      7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST weekends.

      During those hours, our amazing Support Agents are available by chat, phone, or email. 

      Outside of 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM PST weekdays and 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST weekends, our support line will go directly to voicemail, and chat will be unavailable.
