Insights (Standard) | Admin - Transaction / Visit Times by Queue

This report provides you with the average time of the visits and average time of transactions per queue

• Blaze Insights > Browse > Reports > Insights (Standard) > Admin
• Enter the Transaction Date range
• Select the Company
• Select the Shop or Shops to include in this report
• Select the Queue or queues
• Click Apply

This report will list the following information based on the filters selected.

• Shop:  Shop name
• Queue Type:  Queue type, ie. Delivery, Special, walk-in
• Avg Visit Time (min):  Average amount of time in the shop
• Avg Transaction Time (min):  Average amount of time to process the transaction
